Abstract
Multi-project management is a necessary task in factories to permanently adjust a production system in a turbulent market environment. In this context, the need for a coherent and consistent target system is particularly evident. The development of a target system for multi-project management in factories enables factory leaders to make conscious project prioritisation decisions despite numerous conflicts of objectives.
