Abstract
In turbulent times it is crucial for companies to be swift to react to changing conditions. In the context of a research project at the Institute of Production Systems and Logistics (IFA) a process model to support the planning and design of the changeability of factories will be developed. The purpose of the project is to enable factories for change. The project focuses on the adaption of employee skills and business organization.
