Abstract

The aim of this work is to create a better understanding of the propagation of moisture and its effects in power electronic converters with the help of computer-aided simulations. Due to the interaction of hu-midity and temperature, a combination of multiple simulation models is required. Suitable measurement methods for parameter identification and validation will also be presented.
