Abstract
Abstract: Al–Mg alloy samples are produced by multilayer surfacing according to various strategies, with and without interlayer deformation. The samples undergo tensile tests and impact-flexure tests. The influence of the additive surfacing strategy and interlayer deformation on the structure of the surfaced metal, the mechanical properties of the surfaced workpiece, and their anisotropy is analyzed.
