Abstract
Shortening product life cycles and a ris-ing number of product variants lead to a more frequent intergration of products into the production. This requires among others the adaption of existing factory structures. So far structure planning is based on a creative process, which ensures the goal conformity of the developed structure only by means of a qualitative evaluation. In the following contribution a criteria systematization is presented that supports a methodical approach of structure plannig.
