Abstract
In order to try to sustainably improve their logistic performance companies oftentimes make decisions, which solely alleviate noticeable symptoms instead of resolving the actual root-causes of a problem. This article presents a root-cause-analysis concept, which specifically supports small and medium sized companies in deriving effective measures increasing their logistic performance.
