Abstract

In the context of the BMBF funded project "Maschinenzustandsbasierte Verfügbarkeitsdienstleistungen für hochproduktive Fertigungsanlagen - Make-it" innovative methods are developed for optimizing availability as well as for predicting and controlling lifecycle costs of machine tools. These methods are based on routines for component-specific condition monitoring and remaining lifetime prognosis as well as for condition and cost based maintenance planning.
