The utility model relates to a capacitor device and a voltage converter device. The capacitor device (10) is used for an input circuit or an intermediate circuit of a voltage converter. The capacitor device comprises at least two capacitors (13,14) and two connecting nodes (11,12). With the help of switching members (15,16,17), the at least two capacitors (13,14) are parallely connected with the connecting nodes (11,12) in a first operation state (I), and are serially connected with the connecting nodes (11,12) in a second operation state (II). A control unit is provided, and is used to switch the switching members (15,16,17) based on the voltages of the connecting nodes (11,12). The voltage converter device comprises a DC/DC converter used for photovoltaic facilities, and/or a DC/AC converter. The voltage converter device comprises the capacitor device in the input circuit, the output circuit, or the intermediate circuit.
