Abstract

In order to optimize production planning in terms of productivity and flexibility, a systematic elicitation of current and future skills required by the production staff has to be considered in addition to the techno-logical point of view. In this paper, such a method for an integrated technology-and competence-based production planning will be de-veloped and implemented in a digital model of a workshop production.
