Abstract
The growing dynamics of the production environment results in plants which are subject to permanent change. Against this background, it is a central challenge of factory planning, to adapt factories to the require ments continuously. The additional adaptation of communi-cation structures is to becoming a factor of success. In this paper, a concept for the systematic planning of factory-specific communication structures is presented.
