Abstract
Due to disturbances in feeding systems, a significant need to increase the productivity of high-speed assembly systems arises. This paper describes an approach to increase the convergence speed of a genetic algorithm for an aerodynamic orientation within delivery processes. The genetic algorithm enables automated configuration of crucial parameters with respect to new cargo and external interference.
