Abstract
Complex capital goods show a considerable number of components which are interrelated in many different ways. These components have to be controlled and taken adequately into account during the processes of regeneration. Therefore the aim of this article is to present a generic process model that is guided by the SCOR-structure. It comprises the methodical Identification and description of the processes involved in the regeneration as well as their interaction and the localization of information.
