Abstract

Short product- and technology cycles as well as complex production networks lead to increasing dynamics in factories. The change of process-, organizational-, and communication structures requires a continuous as well as fast reorganization of interfaces. Successful factories distinguish themselves by their adaptability in the technical production system through a dynamic communication structure. A new method analyzing communication structures supports the dynamic.
