Abstract
Digitization changes companies.The task of further education is to take employees along with. However, continuing education programms often are not suitable for specific work tasks. The following article shows alternatives to standard continuing education programs. Based on the work system, it describes how fields of action can be used to identify deficiencies in skills and develop education programs.
