Abstract
Industry 4.0 enables rising data availability, which offers new potentials for maintenance strategies and processes. Load data from a components usage phase can be evaluated for component status-driven maintenance, which allows a residual life prediction and thus an optimized utilization of usage potential and a minimization of maintenance costs.
