Abstract
The choice of order processing strategy influences economic and logistic objectives and thus has a high impact on the competitiveness of companies. Existing approaches for their determination usually require a distinctive knowledge as well as a high effort. Therefore, this paper presents a concept for the development of a decision support model. This model should provide the user with a comprehensible, quantitative evaluation of the order processing strategy for each product or product group.
