Description

In the future laboratory society and work, L3S carries out researches on intelligent, reliable and responsible approaches of artificial intelligence to support people in their daily work and to shape the working environment of the future.

The opportunities for the increasing software-based technisation, interconnection and automation of business and performance processes have a significant impact on work, organisation and employment. Digitalisation and automation will result in a profound and systemic transformation of industry and services, the related economic development and cultural embedding in society. Central aspects are work-related consequences and effects of digitalisation, possibilities, concepts and prerequisites for the design of digital work environments, impact of artificial intelligence on organisational processes as well as related constitution of economic policy and regulation.
