Description
The aim of the research project is to develop a procedural model for the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the causes of low logistical performance along the company's internal supply chain. The development of end-to-end, multi-stage symptom-cause-relationships forms the basis for a transparent presentation of the basic logistical interrelationships, which should enable SMEs in particular to independently derive effective improvement measures and to sustainably increase their logistics performance.
