As part of the research project, a model is to be developed that will enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to independently and efficiently configure projects to restructure their manufacturing and assembly areas. The methodological support will enable SMEs to set up a target-oriented project programme which is structured in terms of content, organisation and timing and which takes into account all elements of restructuring.
