The Bruker IFS66v (spectral range 370-10000 cm-1) is equipped with a Raman module FRA 106 with a NdYag laser (1064 nm). A special combination of oven and sample holder provides the possibility to measure pellets (KBr or NaCl) between 25 and 600 °C.
