The data are part of the MSc-Thesis of Wadu Thanthri Nilupuli Thushangi (International Horticulture) with the title: "Interaction of Soil Mesofauna (Collembola) with Apple Replant Disease" from 2018 at Institute of Horticultural production Systems, Sec. Phytomedicine. All data are count data of recaptured Collembola in soil substrates. Detailed methods of data collection and analysis are desribed in the paper and MSc thesis as mentioned above.
