Abstract
The article explains qualitative influence models of industrialenterprise logistics developed at the Institute of Production Systems and Logistics (IFA) of the Leibniz Universität Hannover. The models represent the inter-dependencies between logistic performance measures and planning and control parameters. They enable industrial enterprises to ensure that their logistic objectives as well as their operational planning and control actions are consistent and objective-oriented.
