Abstract
Production units are becoming more and more complex as a result of technological diversity and depth. Thus, sources of error are hard to identify and need decentralized specialist know-how. A dynamic transfer of expert knowledge contributes to inhibit the loss of performance in production and helps to find suitable solutions as well as to establish failure avoidance in future. Consequently, barriers in knowledge transfer must be identified and reduced.
