Abstract
We demonstrate a new scheme for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) Fourier-transform spectroscopy. The technique is based on high-order harmonic generation from a fundamental IR driving field. Interferograms at wavelengths down to 47nm (212494cm-1) are observed by far field diffraction of two phase-locked high-harmonic beams. We show measurements at single harmonic orders as well as broadband measurement comprising up to five harmonic-orders. Our measurements demonstrate a precise control of the relative phase of harmonic pulses important for attosecond spectroscopy and open the perspective for high-resolution Fourier-transform absorption spectroscopy in the EUV spectral region.
