Abstract
Competence-based Workforce Scheduling and On-the-Job Training as the Key to Quality Improvement in Complex Production Processes. To ensure high quality despite increasing flexibility requirements, employees must be deployed in a competence-based manner and receive targeted further training. As a solution, the .,reQenrol"project is developing an assistance system for competence-based deployment planning and work-related training. The system supports a competence-based allocation of employees to activities and provides training documents for work-based learning via smart devices.
