At the intersections, the ES obtained from the above land uses were assessed by the authors who have written on Vietnamese dune ecosystems in a stable socio-ecological system (so-called as a {"}business as usual{"} (BAU) situation) on a scale from 0 (no ES supply) to 100 (maximum ES supply). Normalization of ES values using one scale supported the ES comparisons (Jacobs et al., 2015).This research is funded by Vietnam National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) under grant number 105.07?2020.04.
