Abstract
The process of four-wave-mixing (FWM) in fermion-boson mixtures was studied. Two complementary regimes were addressed. First, using an asymptotic analysis of perturbation theory, the regime where every fermion fulfills the Bragg condition and the spread of the momentum is much smaller than the momentum of the grating was studied. Second, a situation where the momentum spread of the fermion cloud Δk becomes large so that the Bragg condition is not fulfilled for every fermion was addressed. The resulting data was interpreted in detail.
