Abstract
A study was performed on the calibration of GEO 600, an interferometric gravitational wave detector. An on-line calibration scheme was also developed for covering both the power-recycled and dual-recycled interferometer configuration of GEO. It is reported that the worldwide coincident science run (S1) proved an important opportunity to test the calibration scheme of GEO in a power-recycled mode. The results of the calibration process were also discussed and the points of improvement were also suggested.
