Abstract

In order to understand the load-bearing and de-formation behaviour of ultra-high performance fibre reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) under cyclic tensile loading, the fatigue behaviour of the individual components („bare“ steel fibre, plain UHPC, embedded steel fibres) must be known. Cyclic tensile tests on the „bare“ steel fibre and on the plain UHPC with va-rying load amplitudes had been conducted to generate S-N-curves. The pullout tests give information about the bond behaviour of embedded micro steel fibres in UHPC under both monotonic and cyclic loading.
