Abstract
Manufacturing companies need to plan and implement measures in order to survive in the turbulent environment, which results from internal and external drivers. Particularly challenging in factory planning are the different life cycles of products and the constituent elements of factories (processes, TBS–technical building services, building shell). Against this background, this work presents factory life cycle models, which address economic and ecological goals.
