Abstract

With increasing product customization and rising labor costs, flexible and at the same time automated assembly and feeding techniques are getting more and more important. Therefore, the idea arose of building a feeding system for neutral variants, which, based on an algorithm, automatically adapts to new component geometries. This paper deals with the establishment of a simulation environment for an aerodynamic feeding system which enables the testing of the algorithm.
